You will act as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate data within the ATS. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple hiring processes moving simultaneously. You will also support sourcing efforts, candidate outreach, and early-stage screening to help build strong talent pipelines. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience at every step.
