This is a highly cross-functional and analytically driven finance role focused on owning and scaling sales compensation operations within a fast-growing cybersecurity organization. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for incentive compensation, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent commission calculations across the revenue organization. The role combines operational execution, systems ownership, and stakeholder management in a high-volume SaaS environment. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sales compensation plans, from design support and quota loading to final payouts and reconciliation. This position requires close partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure alignment and scalability of incentive programs. You will also play a key role in improving systems, processes, and data integrity across compensation workflows.
