Mô tả công việc
1. Performs active sales and market development activities, within the assigned geographical area, for Reefer business and for the applicable niche segments
2. Conducts client visits, alone or jointly with Sales
3. Responds to requests for quotation with appropriate commercial offer, and/or offers full support to Sales in finding appropriate solution and offer, in combination with pricing
4. Offers full support when company participates in tenders
5. Follows up on the offers and collects feedback from the client or Sales
6. Reports all sales activities, including details about potential business and decision makers, in CRM
7. To take up additional assignments/tasks as assigned
Commercial responsibility:
1. Responsible for the financial result of the Sea Import & Export Reefer profit centres related to the assigned geographical area
2. Responsible for achieving budget targets defined for the department
3. Responsible for correct and compliant Bordero handling
4. Responsible for set-up and continuous improvement of work-flow and operational procedures within the department
5. Monitors KPIs and takes corrective actions if needed
Product responsibility:
1. Manages company’s Reefer business within the assigned geographical area, including it’s niche segments if applicable (e.g. Pharma, Flexi Tank, Tank Container, Foodstuff, Perishables, etc)
2. Implements corporate and national product strategy and SOPs within own department
3. Develops the business within own profit centre-gain additional business from existing or new clients
4. Sources and negotiates buying conditions (prices and space allocations) with third parties for business in charge
5. Issues obligatory instructions and information towards own team, monitors compliance
6. Develops quality constantly, also in view of IFS, GDP and ISO certifications
7. Manages and develops global agent relationships for business in charge, in coordination with the functional superior
General responsibility:
1. Communicates in a polite and professional manner
2. Handles with good faith in the interest of the company
3. Respects all internal rules and regulations, as well as country’s law
4. Shows diplomacy when handling conflict situations. Request written opinion and escalate the problem as soon solution is beyond own authority level
5. Performs additional tasks, assigned by the employer as per employee’s qualification and role, according to company’s operational needs
6. Uses company’s goods and equipment’s according to their destination, and only in the interest of the job
7. Does not disclose own passwords, nor passes on access card or key to
