Position: HVAC Service Technician

Purpose:

Provide exceptional HVAC service while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism

• Perform system maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs

• Handle refrigerants and complete part replacements as needed

• Accurately document all work performed

• Clearly communicate system conditions and recommendations to customers

• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines

• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education

Job Requirements:

• Must be 24 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background check

• EPA Universal Certification

• OSHA 10 certification (for new construction, if applicable)

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
