Comfort Advisor

Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the process of selecting and purchasing HVAC solutions tailored to their needs.

Expectations:

• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs and present HVAC solutions.
• Create detailed proposals and explain financing options.
• Build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
• Achieve sales goals while upholding company values and integrity.
• Stay updated on HVAC product knowledge and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 24 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Clear a background check.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.
